Flygupplevelse Sverige AB (FSAB) organization number 559009-7670 is a Swedish company that runs flying operations. Together with selected partners we offer a wide variety of flying services.
Safety
Flygupplevelse Sverige AB (FSAB) handles no credit card information, this is only handled through our checkout solutions.
Prices and payments
Our prices are listed with Swedish VAT included. You’re able to see the total price with fees, VAT, shipping specified in the cart. Payment will occur through Klarna Checkout (credit card, Klarna account or Swish). If you live in a country where Klarna Checkout is not available you will be able to pay through Stripe.
Terms and Conditions is also available in the cart depending on your chosen payment method. The gift card is sent through traditional mail or through email if urgent. Shipping terms is stated in the cart. The gift card is loaded with the value that is being paid upon order. The gift card can also be used to book a more expensive experience. If so the customer will only pay the difference in price.
Right of Return
Your right of return is valid for 14 days after the purchase is made. If you regret your purchase this needs to be clearly stated in a message to us. The right of return (days) starts immediately after your purchase at Flygupplevelse. Right of return is only valid on non-used services or gift cards.
When your right of return is used:
You’re obliged to keep the product in the same condition as it was when you received it. You can’t use it. If the product is damaged or lost due to carelessness you’ll loose the right of return.
Guarantees and services
2 years of validity/right of exchange.
A gift card is valid through 24 months from the date that it is created. You need to book your experience before the period of validity passes.
Your data
When you purchase a product with us, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. According to GDPR, you have the right to receive the information that we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed. In that case please contact us through info@flygupplevelse.com.
Deliveries
The delivery time of the gift card is instantly via email, or traditional mail (1-5 business days). If a gift card has a different delivery time, it is stated with the respective order.
Returns
All returns are at your own expense, except if the item is defective or if we have packed it incorrectly. Returns must be sent as a letter or package, not as cash on delivery (Postförskott). In the case of exchanges, we will pay the additional shipping cost from us to you.
When you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must, if it concerns a product: send or return it to us
Repayment obligation:
If you have exercised your right of return, we shall repay what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the goods. You must pay the return costs yourself when you return products to us. We always pay the return cost for sending back so-called replacement goods.
Force Majeure
Flygupplesse Sverige AB (FSAB) is further released from liability towards You as a Customer if FSAB is prevented from fulfilling its obligations due to circumstances beyond FSAB’s control or ability which FSAB could not reasonably be expected to foresee, and whose consequences FSAB could not reasonably have avoided either or overcome, or if FSAB is prevented from fulfilling its obligations due to a circumstance attributable to a third party or due to a pandemic, natural disaster, lightning strike, power outage, labor dispute, war or other disturbance, fire, new or amended legislation or government regulation, error in external telecommunications connection or similar circumstances.
