What happens when I've bought an experience?

When you have purchased your flight experience with us, you will receive an email containing a digital proof of value with an associated value code. You choose this voucher yourself if you want to use it yourself or give it to someone as a gift - it is not tied to you personally.

When you or the person to whom you give the voucher want to experience one of our flight experiences, you go to the Book page on our website to redeem the voucher and book an experience.

Scope of education

The Private Pilot License education lasts between 3-6 months highly dependant on the weather and is divided into two parts;
– Theoretical education 100h minimum
– Practical education 45h minimum

Education start dates

16 January 2023 (week 3)
15 May 2023 (week 20)
21 August 2023 (week 34)

Location

The theoretical part can be done both at a distance or during our class room sessions (Nockeby Torg 2, Bromma). Class room sessions takes place one day per week, Sundays at 10.00-13.00, 14.00-17.00
The practical part is to be done at a suitable air base in Västerås, Gothenburg, Malmö or Kristianstad. Flying sessions can be booked Monday-Sunday.

Language

The education is primarily in English.

Having a Private Pilot’s License is rare and unlocks a sort of freedom that only pilots understand. Imagine bringing your family to Visby on a one-day-trip or gathering your friends for a longer journey to Italy, Spain or France.

Prerequisites & certificates
These are the requirements to qualify for the education:
- Medical Class 2 – Bookable at a flight doctor of choise, follow this link
- Mathematics – Basic knowledge according to high school levels
- Physics – Basic knowledge according to high school levels
- English – Basic knowledge according to high school levels
If you don’t have the competence needed you’re always welcome to take a introduction test with us.

Alan Raouf

I work as a pilot and instructor and have been training students for over 10 years. I have been active in aviation education and its associated pedagogy since 1998, when the journey began with gliding.

Richard Haglund

I work as a pilot and instructor and have trained students from all over the world. Has previously worked as a pilot for several Swedish Airlines. Have been stationed in several Norwegian coastal cities with challenging weather conditions which has made me a very confident pilot.

Sirre Sakula

I work as a pilot and instructor. Has trained students for, among others, SAS, Norwegian, RyanAir, WizzAir and Qatar Airlines. I love being able to share my passion for aviation, which shines through in my work as a pilot.

How do I sign up for the education?

Is it expensive?
In comparison to the freedom you’ll get this is a priceless opportunity. We offer payment plans through our partner Klarna.

For how long will the certificate be valid?
The certificate is valid for life. You will need to update your PPL (SEP – Single Engine Piston) competence every other year either by performing a training flight or by doing a competence test.

What aircrafts will I fly during education?
We’re primarily educating in aircrafts such as Piper PA28 or Diamond DA40.

How long does the education take?
The education takes about 3-6 months to complete depending on the weather. Would you choose to read the theoretical part at a distance it’s up to yourself to determine how long it will take. We offer class room sessions one day a week, Sundays between 10.00-17.00.
